Lynn Fochs Point of Light #210

Lynn serves as a hospice volunteer with Rocky Mountain Hospice. She visits terminally ill patients and their families, providing comfort and compassion through one of the most difficult experiences in someone's life - the end of it. Lynn is known for her dedication and willingness to serve. She attends in-service trainings and conferences to increase her skills in the tough volunteer role of hospice care.
She serves in Rocky Mountain Hospice's Faith in Action program, where she visits elderly patients and provides respite care. At the Center for Grieving Children, Lynn helps facilitate a support group for children who have had a parent pass away. She helps children through the Guardian Ad Litem's Office where she visits children who have been taken from their homes, and others involved, and makes recommendations to the court for each situation. She also volunteers with Capitol Theatre, Abravanel Hall, and Rose Wagner Center as an usher.
