For those planning on staying overnight at the conference, we have contracted with the following hotels for a special conference rate of $70 per night. The conference is being held at the Davis Conference Center and that is attached to the Hilton Garden Inn. The remaining three hotels are within walking distance. The cut-off date for this block of rooms for ALL hotels is April 2, 2012.
Hilton Garden Inn (attached to the Davis Conference Center):
There are two ways to reserve your room under the block code of UCOV:
Phone: Call the hotel at (801) 416-889, then press 4 to talk to the front desk (do not press the button to talk to general reservation as it will send you to the wrong place). Tell the operator it is under Utah Commission on Volunteers or give the hotel block code of UCOV.
Internet: Go to the website, www.layton.gardeninn.com. Put in the reservation dates on the website, then in the “group/convention” area, type in the code: UCOV.
Home2 Suites (directly across the street from the Davis Conference Center):
Reservations can be made at the Homes2 Suites by Hilton by calling 801.694.6929. Tell them you are with the Utah Commission on Volunteers conference.
Holiday Inn Express (walking distance):
Reservations can be made at the Holiday Inn Express by calling 801-773-3773. Tell them you are with the Utah Commission on Volunteers conference.
Hampton Inn Salt Lake/Layton (walking distance):
You can reserve a room at the Hampton Inn by phone or internet.
