The Utah Commission on Volunteers supports and promotes national service in Utah and volunteer service activities across the State. The Commission is structured by five main Service Programs: Community Collaboration, Americorps, Community Preparedness, Youth Service, and Volunteer Awards and Recognition.
Connect Community Service Needs through training, promotion, and awareness.
National Service in Utah:
Evaluate, Review and Recommend funded programs and grant applications for funding from the Corporation for National and Community Service.
Community Preparedness:
Strategize and Develop local, state and federal resources to improve community programs, and prepare for emergencies
Youth Service:
Engage youth in local service activities
Volunteer Awards and Recognition:
Provide local nomination and recognition processes and awards for exceptional volunteers
